    Professional

    Management of Risk (M_o_R)
All organisations manage risk, but not always in a visible or repeatable way, or by applying a consistent approach. M_o_R is a framework developed by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) which helps organisations to make informed decisions about risk, whether threat or opportunity, in a balanced and consistent manner. It is based upon proven best practice and a broad historical body of knowledge, and embodies a methodical yet pragmatic approach to risk analysis and management. M_o_R also helps to engender a risk aware culture throughout the organisation, ensuring that risk is recognised and managed at all levels. Details of our M_o_R courses can be found in the following Microsoft Word documents:

    PRINCE2

Our courses will cover all of the knowledge and skills you will require to prepare for the accreditation exams at your selected qualification level. Details of our PRINCE2 courses can be found in the following Microsoft Word documents:

    Client Feedback

Recent Feedback about NTI PRINCE2 Courses
    Vice Chancellor,

I recently attended a 1-week training programme for PRINCE2™ run by the New Technology Initiative (University of Chester) at Burton Manor. I just wanted to provide you with some very positive feedback, which I have also passed on to our industry trade association, the PCG.

The quality of teaching in terms of presentation, application to real life situations and approach towards passing the PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner examinations was exceptional. The course trainer was able to express in both a clear and concise manner many of the PRINCE2 concepts that I had struggled with prior to attending. Through the use of various simple and practical examples, I was able to apply my experience rather than struggle with pure theory.

I have subsequently recommended this course to several of my colleagues and business associates, of whom 2 are in the process of scheduling courses over the next month or so. This is exactly the sort of business related education that we need more of if the UK is to maintain its international reputation as a world leader in project and programme management.

I have no affiliation with either the University of Chester or its trainer Mr. Bernie Leadbeater other than as a very satisfied customer. I look forward to the new Management of Risk training programme, which is being planned.

    Regards,

I would like to thank you for conducting the course in a very interesting way. Although my mother tongue is not English I feel quite comfortable with the presentation.
